BIM Manager

BRIC Architecture is seeking a full-time, experienced BIM Manager who will provide technological leadership on our K-12 educational projects.

BIM Managers will be responsible for establishing and managing REVIT/BIM standards and processes, developing REVIT templates, creating and maintaining REVIT content library, and establishing firm-wide standards for BIM360 consultant coordination. BIM Managers will administer the use of BIM software firm-wide, provide user-training and support, and work directly with project teams to perform BIM-related tasks and coordination.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate an ability to work both independently and collaboratively, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and exhibit well-developed leadership and decision-making skills.

Additionally, candidates should possess a degree in architecture or equivalent work experience, have at least 3 years of industry experience, and should have extensive knowledge of REVIT, BIM360, and AutoCAD. Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Office Apps, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and Keynote Manager.
