Project Administrator

We believe successful community-focused design is characterized by our ability to engage diverse voices and reflect them in our work. BRIC Architecture is seeking Project Administrators to work with us as we partner with our clients and communities.

Project Administrators contribute to our practice by performing a wide range of administrative duties on project teams and in support of firm-wide initiatives. Regular responsibilities include providing direct administrative support to project teams including coordinating, creating, distributing, and tracking of all project documentation from pre-design through project closeout. Project Administrators also coordinate and edit specifications, working directly with specifications writer and project teams.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate well-developed communication skills, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and an ability to work in a collaborative environment. Candidates shall also be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.

Applicants shall be proficient in MS Office Apps and Bluebeam. Experience in SpecLink is preferred.
