BRIC Architecture is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team in Portland, OR. As an integral member of our collaborative and mission-driven firm, the Marketing Coordinator will help us align strategy and storytelling across all avenues of marketing, with an emphasis on proposal coordination and development.
Responsibilities • BRIC is a hybrid workplace; we are committed to working together in the office three days a week. • The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with BRIC’s Marketing Manager, Business Development Director, and architectural design teams to coordinate and develop proposals, interview presentations, and other marketing collateral in support of BRIC’s positioning and pursuit efforts. • Develop diverse marketing deliverables in support of strategic business development and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, social media content, award submissions, and other speaking/publication opportunities. • Partner with the Marketing Manager to provide quality control across all marketing collateral, ensuring written and graphic deliverables are accurate, impactful, aligned with brand standards. • Maintain and update BRIC’s business development and marketing content library and project information database. • Contribute to client and market trend research initiatives in partnership with the Business Development Director.
Qualifications • Well-developed planning, prioritization, and time management skills. • Effective writing and editing/proofreading skills to support firm-wide storytelling initiatives. • Effective verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present information. • Ability to develop graphic solutions that organize complex documents and presentations. • Ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize content from various sources. • Ability to exude grace under pressure.
Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college/university or a minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or professional training. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign. • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry is preferred. • Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is preferred.
