Allison is a bilingual and multicultural facilitator who brings her whole heart into the room. She has over 10 years of experience in group facilitation, community engagement, and conflict transformation. As a former educator, she also has extensive training, teaching, and mentorship experience across local, national, and international programs and settings. Throughout her career, she led major public involvement processes in the Portland metropolitan area, facilitating diverse groups through complex and controversial strategic planning and policy setting processes. Allison is deeply committed to helping students, families, and communities succeed in their learning spaces, and ensuring that people feel seen and heard in planning processes.
