Teaching at a boarding school for underprivileged kids in post-apartheid South Africa was a turning point in Christie’s career, that ultimately led her to work on schools at BRIC Architecture, Inc. She observed remarkable and positive changes in children after being given a clean and safe place to learn. The indelible mark left on her memory impassioned Christie as an education architect. Built upon a foundation of more than 15 years in a variety of architectural building typologies, Christie’s background makes her an outstanding project designer and team member.
