Molly Esteve

Participatory Design Manager

Molly is a participatory designer who has over a decade of experience supporting community-led educational design. From her work at architectural firms to nonprofits and city governments, she has championed opportunities that bring community voice into design processes. Molly is invested in advancing educational justice by leveraging grants and diverse funding sources to support initiatives led by community-based organizations. As Participatory Design Manager, Molly helps strengthen and embed participatory design practices across our projects, deepen community partnerships, and support teams through design as a thought partner and storyteller. Her role focuses on making design more inclusive, accessible, and impactful—both within BRIC’s practices and in the communities we serve.
