Molly Esteve

Molly is a participatory designer who works to amplify the stories and experiences of diverse communities through thoughtful design solutions. She is particularly invested in the design of culturally rich educational spaces where students and families feel safe and experience a sense of belonging. She strives to implement collaborative and inclusive processes that create opportunities for those who have been historically excluded from making decisions around the design of space and place. Beyond her work at BRIC, Molly continues to align her passions for education and design as a part-time studio instructor at Portland State University.
